Ok, I know most adults could care less about their birthdays. I am however not one of those people and today (Oct 11th) was my birthday!
I still had to go to work and all that normal day to day stuff but it was an awesome day, none the less. Hubby gave me a picture frame that you can record a message on and he sent me flowers at work.

The girls at work got me a bottle of wine and an awesome wine glass (which I am currently divulging in). I also got a birthday shot.
After work hubby had a meeting as wasn't home so my parents took kiddo and I out for dinner.

I have had calls, texts, and Facebook notifications all day long from friends and family all over the world wishing me well (Not that they usually wish me otherwise). That makes me happy to know that all of those people think I am important enough to stop what they are doing and acknowledge me, as I would them on their respective days.
I only hope that other people out their have birthdays as full of love and happiness as mine.
